     - the desert sand sheets (f-stock: the masthead and the
       closing grounds) become MOONLIT SAND - a warm dark, not
       a second night, so the desert is still the desert.
     - the deep-field sheets (azure, territorial, teal, plum)
       already carry snow type; they are the night lakes and
       are left as painted.
     - the bright plates (lime, aqua, sky, pink) keep their
       ink type: at night they are the lanterns, and the fruit
       of the pear is the brightest of them.
     - links ride SKY (--ink-11, the rain sky) - the stream
       blue was mixed for snow, not for night.
     - the rust accent, wherever a sheet declared it inline,
       is re-lit as AMBER: rust on the night field whispers,
       and the section numerals must not whisper.
     - the star field never changes. It was always night out
       there; only the pages were day.
